Abstract
We report a rare and insufficiently acknowledged entitymucinous metaplasia of the prepuce which could easily be mistaken for extramammary Paget's disease. It is characterized by the existence of mucin secreting cells in the squamous epithelium. Keywords: Mucinous metaplasia, Prepuce.
