Dentigerous cyst is an odontogenic cyst of developmental origin associated with the crown of an impacted, unerupted or partially erupted tooth. It is generally discovered only on routine radiographic examination. It is usually seen as a unilocular, well-defined pericoronal radiolucent area. The cyst cavity is lined by epithelial cells derived from the reduced enamel epithelium of the tooth. This cyst remain initially completely asymptomatic unless when infected secondarily. Here, two cases of dentigerous cyst are discussed. Keywords: Dentigerous cyst, Impacted supernumerary teeth, Reduced enamel, Epithelium, Unilocular.
