Abstract

Background in 1950s Peter Drucker comes with the novel idea of management by objectives (MBO) method and at the same time Douglas McGregor’s book The Human Side of Enterprise, famous for Theory X and Theory Y, gained a lot of attention. Following this few companies started moving from the mere trait assessment method to the development of a procedure that concentrates more on goal setting and made the appraisal process a shared responsibility between the individual and the manager. From the work of Drucker and McGregor, the performance appraisal procedure has now become a valuable part of a hrm strategy in any organization. Keywords: Management, Appraisal, Performance

Abstract

This research assesses the viability of automated and computer generated reality advancements utilized for neurological recovery in stroke survivors. It analyzes every recovery innovation thusly prior to considering blends of these technologies and the intricacies of restoration result evaluation. There is great proof that upper-appendage mechanical recovery advancements further develop, strength and exercises of every day living, while the proof for automated lower-appendage restoration is as of now not as persuading. Augmented reality advances additionally further develop exercises of day by day living. While the advantage of these innovations over portion controlled regular restoration is probably going to be little, there is a job for the two advances as a component of a more extensive recovery program, where they might assist with expanding the force and measure of treatment conveyed. Joining mechanical and augmented reality advancements in a recovery program might additionally further develop restoration results and we would advocate randomized controlled preliminaries of these advances in mix.   Keywords: Stroke, Rehabilation, Virtualreality, Techno, Robotic rehabilitation

Abstract

The background of this study was to determine the predominance of neck pain in the population and to define the variation between studies. Systematically data was collected from following databases PUBMED, PEDro, CINAHL, CIRRIE, NARIC, followed by reference lists of relevant papers. Papers Included for information were of good quality score. Mean value were calculated for day week, month, year, and lifetime), and considered separately for age, gender, quality score, response rate, sample size, anatomical definitions, geography, and publication year. Seventy two papers are taken. Predominant estimates were not changed by age, quality score, sample size, response rate, and different anatomical definitions of NP. NP is a common symptom in the people. As expected, the predominant increase with longer periods and generally women reported more NP. Keywords: Neck pain, Predominance rate.

Abstract

Parkinson being an progressive disorder has drew many challenges in physical therapy management, and having wide variety of signs and symptoms it has always proven as challenging to the therapists, however in last five years there was extremely good progress in management of Parkinson disease. But due to its heterogeneity signs from individual to individual, hardly literature has been proven useful for practice. In multidisciplinary team approach exercise therapy has drastically proven to support and maintain quality of life in daily activities. This review provides the importance of exercise therapy in Parkinson in multi disciplinary approach. Keywords: Excercise therapy, Parkinson, Multidisciplinary.

Abstract

Background: software’s experience a bad low back pain usually as a result of their lack of good ergonomic and high work request leading to stressed muscles and inclining to bad posture and decrease in quality of life, so to get rid of this we have designed the elastic band resistance exercises which is easy to even perform at work place and need no particular set up. Materials and Methods: Hundred software engineers of 25 to 45 age group were selected and made into group of 50 and 50 one with traditional treatment and other with elastic band usage, a comparative study was done for 14 weeks with an 45 minute treatment plan. Numeric pain rating scale and VA spine disability Index scales were intervened and measured. Results: Pvalue ( Conclusion: post treatment use of elastic resistance bands shown incredible effect on reduction of neck pain in software engineers. Keywords: Low back pain, Software engineers, Elastic bands.

Abstract

Background: We want to learn more about inter-limb asymmetries in Achilles tendinopathy patients since they have been linked to increased injury risk. Materials and Methods: We evaluated the effects of a 8-week exercise intervention on inter-limb asymmetries of mechanical, material, and morphological musculoskel et al. characteristics and function in patients with Achilles tendinopathy (n = 44). Additionally, we investigated the relationship between asymmetry reductions and better patient-reported outcomes. Results: At baseline, tendons with tendinopathy showed decreased tendon force (p = 0.013), decreased tendon stress (p 0.0001), greater tendon cross-sectional area (p 0.001), and higher intratendinous (p = 0.022) and tendon overall (p = 0.018) vascularization. PRE-to-POST asymmetry comparisons for the high-load group showed an increase in asymmetry for the counter-movement jump. Conclusion: The tendinopathic appendage contrasts from the asymptomatic leg while helpful activity mediations meaningfully affect imbalances.
