Uterine fibroids are the commonest tumors in women of child bearing age. 1 These often lead to significant morbidity especially in young women. The most common symptoms associated with leiomyomas are heavy menstrual bleeding, chronic pelvic pain, infertility pressure symptoms, and repeated abortions. 2 Fibroids can cause infertility by distorting the uterine cavity thereby preventing fertilization or implantation of the fertilized ovum. We here present a case series of three patients presenting with multiple uterine fibroids with varied symptomatology who underwent open myomectomy.
