The aim of this study is to evaluate analgesic effects of adductor canal nerve block versus peri-articular infiltration on postoperative pain and functional outcome after total knee arthroplasty. The objective is to study the efficacy of Adductor Canal Nerve Block to provide similar or better reduction of pain as compared to Local Infiltration Analgesia To evaluate functional outcome by comparing WOMAC score, VAS score, time to first rescue analgesic administration, KSS and KSS (FUNCTIONAL) score as compared to LIA.
