Aim of this study was to assess the visual outcome and complications in retropupillary iris claw lens implantation in aphakic patients. Retrospective case series of aphakic patients who underwent retrofixation of iris claw lens, over a period of two years were collected and analysed. The study comprised of 9 patients with unilateral aphakia.
