Fibrosarcoma is a malignant tumour arising from fibroblasts. Several variants have been described and these prove to be a diagnostic challenge owing to its many mimics, thus often requiring ancillary testing such as immunohistochemistry. The sclerosing epithelioid variant is a poorly recognised entity that poses a therapeutic dilemma. This is a case of Fibrosarcoma-sclerosing epithelioid variant reported in a 62-year-old male who presented with an exophytic lesion on the sole of the foot and was operated for the same.
