Guillain Barre syndrome (GBS) is an acute or subacute inflammatory demyelinating poly radiculoneuropathy. It is an acquired condition that is characterized by progressive, symmetrical, proximal, and distal tingling and weakness. We report a case of a 68 years old female who presented with complaints of quadraperisis, severe sensory motor axonal neuropathy, parasthesia, severe myalgiapoly arthralgia and mononeuritis multiplex and later diagnosed as a case of guillainbarre syndrome and rheumatoid arthritis.
