This edition presents four academic assignments written by James Theard in 1993: a design case study of the Jamaica Farmers Market (Urban Physical Design), an endterm regression project (Statistical Data Analysis), a development analysis of the same market (Urban Planning Development), and two Public Policy papers on the Housing Act of 1937 and a 1965 memorandum to the Secretary of Housing. They appear here as five separate parts in the order of the original manuscript, followed by an editorial addendum that reads them together.
