The condition in which abdominal organs enter the thoracic cavity because of a diaphragm defect is called a diaphragmatic hernia. Both congenital and acquired diaphragmatic hernias can result from blunt or severe trauma. The most prevalent symptoms of blunt trauma hernias are restricted to stomach diseases. In this instance, the patient has self-fallen from a height and is experiencing lower back discomfort. The patient may arrive at the medical facility for different causes. In this case report, a 52-yrold man suffered from L-1 wedge compression fracture with Paraparesis, which would carry out a Laminectomy with Transpedicular Fixation which is standard procedure for unstable spine in a prone position and at the time of preoperative examination was found to have a diaphragmatic hernia. The likelihood of a full gastric condition must be addressed in anesthetic care for patients who have secondary diaphragmatic hernias. The difficulties in treating this patient's condition can be effectively addressed with appropriate anesthetic management.
