Today, monitoring and monitoring of important industrial equipment by precision instruments and transmitters is considered very important and is very important in all different industries such as electricity, oil company, petrochemical, steel industry, etc. Due to the fact that the furnace of each power plant unit is one of the most important factors in the power generation cycle and the soot caused by the fuel combustion process after monitoring and filtering by the smoke evacuation system (ID-FAN) through the power plant chimneys Therefore, the measurement of the furnace vacuum parameter is extremely sensitive. In fact, the ideal vacuum conditions include an environment without any steam, particles, gas or other substances (pressure less than atmospheric pressure) and also a vacuum transmitter, suffering It has a very small measurement, so much so that the control system could not respond to severe fluctuations and rapid changes in vacuum and faced many problems. The operation was controlled manually by operators and that it was high risk. In this critical situation, the design, construction and installation of the vacuum trailer of the 315 MW unit furnace vacuum cleaner No. 6 of Ramin power plant were performed. Finally, by automating the condition of the furnace vacuum regulator and its correct and accurate control, it was confirmed in the best possible way that this study had favorable effects in order to improve the performance and stability of the production unit as well as environmental protection
