In all industrial environments, measuring the level of chemicals, including acid and ammonia, is extremely important, and always considering the construction of unique types of chemical tanks and the installation of level gauges that are able to respond to this type of special conditions. It is also felt that on the other hand, over time, to replace old worn-out transmitters and malfunction, it is not possible to puncture this type of tank and cause explosion and fire. In these sensitive conditions, the design, fabrication and installation of hydrostatic transmitters developed instrumentation was done to measure the level of cistern tanks and to confirm and validate, the results of this study were first done with two samples of ultrasonic and radar transmitters and also designed sample. It was compared with a similar example of a hydrostatic transmitter, which indicates the effectiveness and accuracy of the installation of this type of transmitter.
