Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML) is a chronic myeloproliferative neoplasm characterised by uncontrolled proliferation of mature and maturating granulocytes. In our case 42 year male over a period of 13 months showed blastic transformation with severe thrombocytopenia, disseminated intravascular coagulation and bleeding. Herewith we present this case for its clinical behaviour, hematological findings and disease course.
