Maxillary denture in atrophic ridges should be as light weight as possible that will give the retention, stability & support to maxillary denture. Rehabilitation of such a condition is very difficult due to inadequate support from Hard and soft tissue .This technique describes a novel method for fabrication of a hollow maxillary complete denture. Usage Abgel it’s a absorbable gelatin sponge & this is placed into cavity left by the silicone putty index (Zhermack Zetaplus C Silicone) which gives suitable dimensions between acrylic resin and the denture base resin.
