Abstract

The health of women is crucial since they are the only individuals with such incredible creative capacity. Over the period of her life, a woman may experience Artavadushti, which are menstrual disorders of varying ages. Ayurveda assists women in enhancing their health and boosting the quality of lives by adhering to "paricharyas," or behaviours to be followed at specific times in life, such as Rajaswala—menstruation, Garbhini—pregnancy, and Sootika—postpartum. The paricharya that receives the most disregard is Rajaswala. Rajaswala Paricharya aids in easing the majority of menstrual period-related symptoms and assisting women in adapting in a healthy way to the significant physical and psychological changes that occur during the menstrual cycle. Significant herbs found in Uteseftone syrup include Ashoka, Dhataki, Ashwogandha, Satawari, Lodhra, Daruharidra, Utpal, Raktachandhan, Aamra, Nagarmotha, Sunthi, and Jira, which have antibacterial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory activities. They also include essential phytochemicals. Its adaptability in treating menstruation-related disorders allowed it to treat conditions like Amenorrhea (absence of period), Dysmenorrhea (painful period), Oligomenorrhea (infrequent period), Polymenorrhea (frequent period), Menorrhagia (heavy period), Hypomenorrhagia (light period), and Metrorrhagia (Spotting between periods).   Keywords: Artavadushti, Garbhini, Menstrual disorders, Phytochemicals, Sootika

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is condition which is associated with metabolic diseases and considered as lifethreatening illnesses worldwide, characterized by sustained hyperglycemia. DM is linked with diabetes mellitus (especially type 2 diabetes mellitus) and carcinogenesis and biologically it is comprise with Hyperinsulinemia, hyperglycemia and fat-induced chronic inflammation in both diabetes mellitus and cancer, Organs such as pancreas, hepatic breast, endometrium, prostate and kidney are highly involved in the disorder, several medications are available on the market which decrease the risk and some of them raise the risk including metformin, a medication of choice for type 2 DM and its anti-neoplastic and tumor suppressant activities. Research has indicated that metformin shows great positive impact in various organs like breast, pancreas , liver, colon, ovaries and prostate tumors, Cytochromes P450s (CYPs) is the enzyme that catalyzes and aids in drug metabolism with its endogenous CYP substrates like eicosanoids, estradiol, arachidonic acids, cholesterol, vitamin D, and neurotransmitters. We review the role of CYPs in cancer of the renal and breast, and address their importance for atherosclerosis and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Keywords: Atherosclerosis, Cytochromes P450s, Diabetes mellitus, Hyperglycemia, Metformin.

Abstract

Bromodomain containing protein (BRD4) play a major role in the gene expression, both in normal cell and cancerous cell through direct interaction with acetylated lysine residue at the N- Terminal of histone tail with the help of transcription factors such as RELA, ER, P53. In healthy body, It promotes cell cycle regulation, cell growth and development and a help in serving as scaffold that control the recruitment of other transcription regulator to chromatin network which can finally modulate the transcription machinery itself but due to dysregulation of BRD4, lead to changes in macro molecular complexes of DNA and supporting gene expression and epigenetic regulation that contribution to pathogenesis of disease. Keywords: Bromodomain, Cancer, Malignant, Metastasis, Transcription, Chromatin.
