Amruta S Patil

Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi. I am actively involved in teaching, mentoring and academic development in the field of management, with a strong commitment to nurturing students’ analytical and decision-making abilities. Alongside my academic responsibilities, I am pursuing my Ph.D. in Management, focusing on advancing research and contributing to the evolving body of knowledge in the discipline. My areas of interest include contemporary management practices, organizational development and emerging trends in business and human resource management. I strive to integrate research-driven insights into my teaching and remain dedicated to continuous learning, scholarly contribution and academic excellence.
