DR Pramod Goyal

Dr. Pramod Goyal has over 20 years of academic experience and 7 years in industries like Pharma, FMCG, and IT. He holds an MBA (Marketing), M.Sc., PGDCSA, and a Doctorate in Marketing Management. He is UGC-NET qualified in Management and a Microsoft Certified Educator (MCE). He has served as Management Representative for Quality Systems and coordinated NAAC/NBA accreditations. Dr. Goyal has delivered lectures at Pt. JNIBM, IMS (DAVV), and IBS (ICFAI), and presented papers at various national and international conferences. He has organized two national conferences, three workshops, and edited two ISBN proceedings. He developed case studies on MPFC, Indira Exports, and Access Bank. As a reviewer and editorial board member for international journals, his research is published in UGC-approved journals. His interests include Consumer Behavior, CRM, Digital Marketing, Rural Marketing, Retail, Services, Strategic Management, and Business Ethics.
