Abstract

The review is devoted to the prevention of neonatal asphyxia by assessing the reserves of adaptation of the fetus to intrauterine hypoxia in the second half of pregnancy and then choosing a safe type of delivery. The history of development of a new functional test that provides a non-invasive assessment of fetal adaptation reserves to intrauterine hypoxia using sonography is shown. It is proposed to use ultrasound to determine the duration from the beginning of apnea in a pregnant woman to the appearance of a distress signal, the fetus inside the uterus when its reserves of adaptation to hypoxia are exhausted. If a distress signal appears earlier than 10 seconds from the start of breath retention of pregnant woman is recommended to refuse of physiology birth and is offered delivery by Cesarean section. Keywords: Apgar score, Neonatal asphyxia, Intrauterine hypoxia, Apnea, Adaptation, Resistance, Sonography, Diagnostics, Encephalopathy.

Abstract

It is shown that in patients with severe pneumonia with COVID-19, the lungs lose their airiness, as pus and mucus completely fill the lumen of their Airways. Gas exchange in the lungs stops. This is the cause of hypoxia and death of patients with a new coronavirus disease. Since it is not yet possible to quickly restore the airiness of the lungs of patients with severe acute respiratory distress (SARS), many die if extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) is not used. It is shown that this procedure is very complex and expensive, so it is not available to everyone. In addition, ECMO may not always be applied in a timely manner. As an alternative to ECMO, an easy, cheap and publicly available method of extrapulmonary oxygenation is offered using a solution of hydrogen peroxide, which can be administered internally as a beverage carbonated with oxygen, and in the form of injections in the ”right place”. In the review of the listed patents invented drugs and their formulations. The role of all ingredients is described in detail. Keywords: Coronavirus, SARSCoV2, COVID19, Obstructive bronchitis, Hypoxia oxygen, Hydrogen peroxide, Blood oxygenation.

Abstract

Modernization of obstetric care for fetal hypoxia is proposed by hyperventilating the mother’s lungs with oxygen before the first symptoms of oxygen poisoning, General hypothermia of her body, and local hypothermia of the fetal head in the final period of delivery. The review shows the possibility of indirectly estimating the rate of oxygen exchange in the fetal cortex of brain by monitoring the local temperature of the head surface above the crevices and fontanels of the skull. It is shown that progress was achieved by using new data from ultrasound and infrared monitoring of fetal health. Keywords: Fetus, Brain, Hypoxia, Temperature, Hypothermia, Oxygen, Infrared imaging, Diagnostics.

Abstract

Bruises are blood-stained areas of the skin that impair its aesthetic appearance. Bruises often occur in everyday life, when accidental falls, when hitting hard objects, when performing sports exercises and competitions, when performing medical procedures, and also often occur in the elderly and when using drugs that thin the blood. The skin in the area of bruises first has a reddish color, then successively acquires a blue, green and yellow color. Usually bruises persist for up to a week, and then go away on their own and without a trace. Bruising is not recognized by official medicine as an independent disease. Official medicine does not have medicines designed for urgent discoloration of the skin and the area of bruises. However, in recent years, drugs have been discovered that can discolor the skin in the area of bruises in a few minutes. This group of medicines was called oxygen-alkaline bleachers. Their main ingredients are Hydrogen peroxide and Sodium hydrocarbonate. The prescription of medicines is given. Keywords: Bruise, Haematoma, Haemorrhage, Injury, Trauma, Damage, Hydrogen peroxide, Sodium hydrocarbonate, Oxygen-alkaline bleachers

Abstract

A method of infrared detection of mammary gland’s additional lobe has been developed due to changes in the local temperature of the anterior and lateral surfaces of the chest detected with a thermal imager that has an accuracy of 0.01 ?C. It is shown that infrared thermography allows to diagnose, determine the location, shape and size of the additional lobe of the mammary gland in the last 3 days before menstruation. Keywords: Mammary glands, Additional lobe, Menstrual cycle, Clinical anatomy, Infrared thermography, Visualization, Diagnostics.
