Aviral Chaurasia

I am a Gold Medalist in M.Tech (Energy Science & Technology) from the Centre for Advanced Studies, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. My research focuses on semiconductor materials, solar photovoltaics, and sustainable nanotechnology. I have hands-on experience with material synthesis, characterization (UV-Vis, XRD, SEM-EDX, FTIR), and simulation tools such as OghmaNano, SCAPS-2D, and MATLAB. I have published my research in SCOPUS-indexed journals with CRC Press and Springer and presented at the International Conference on Clean Energy Technologies (MANIT Bhopal). I am passionate about advancing clean and efficient energy systems through innovation in hybrid solar materials. My research interests primarily lie in Photovoltaic Cell, Corrosion science, and Nanotechnology. I am actively involved in the synthesis and characterization of sustainable semiconductor materials for next-generation solar cell applications. In addition, my work focuses on developing eco-friendly corrosion inhibitors derived from biodegradable and waste-based materials for mild steel protection. My expertise spans Energy Materials for Next Generation Solar Cells and Material Characterization Techniques, which complement my interest in cutting-edge energy technologies. With a solid academic foundation in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Purvanchal University (B.Tech, 2023), I bring a unique interdisciplinary perspective to my work. I am committed to driving innovation in sustainable energy systems, blending theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience to create impactful solutions for a cleaner and greener future.
