JESSICA LEVY

Postdoctoral researcher at the Fish for Health Research Center. Nutritionist graduated from the School of Public Health at the University of São Paulo (FSP/USP), with a PhD in Public Health Nutrition from the same institution. My research focuses on fish and seafood for health, micronutrients, nutritional epidemiology, dietary assessment methods and tools, biomarkers, metabolomics, institutional food services, and food sustainability.
