Endale Tamiru Burayu

Mr. Endale Tamiru Burayu is a dedicated lecturer at Mattu University with a strong background in midwifery and reproductive health. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Midwifery and a Master of Science (MSc) in Clinical Midwifery. With extensive experience in both academia and clinical practice, he has contributed significantly to maternal, neonatal, and child health. Endale has published numerous research papers in the fields of reproductive health, obstetrics and gynecology, medicine, and neonatal and child health. His research focuses on improving maternal and newborn outcomes, identifying predictors of mortality, and advancing evidence-based midwifery practices in low-resource settings. Beyond academia, he has many years of hands-on clinical experience in midwifery, including working with international NGOs. His professional expertise extends to maternal and neonatal care, evidence-based clinical interventions, and public health strategies to reduce maternal and child mortality. His contributions to the field continue to shape midwifery education, policy, and practice in Sub-Saharan Africa.
