Abstract

Adansonia digitata is a unique tree with their tender root, twigs, seeds, leaves, tubers, fruits and flowers which are edible. The Adansonia are also used for treat of various types of disease/disorder due to their nutritional and chemical contents. This plant is mostly found in South Africa and Asian countries. In this paper, we represent the nutritional benefits of Adansonia digitata tree parts vise its fruits pulp, seeds, and leaves etc. The medicinal properties of the tree parts as well as the medicinal compound contained are discussed on addition. In this paper, the nutrition benefits of seeds oil are concluded use as premium oil. Keywords: Adansonia digitata L, Baobab tree, Baobab leaves, Baobab fruit pulp, Baobab seeds

Abstract

PCOS is a complex endocrine disorder with a wide range of symptoms that affects around one in every 15 women throughout the world. Metoligoovulation or anovulation, clinical or biochemical evidence of hyperandrogenism, and polycystic ovary shape are all diagnostic criteria for polycystic ovarian syndrome. Women with PCOS are more likely to develop metabolic abnormalities, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease. Using the databases Pubmed and Scielo, the goal of this work was to provide a review of papers pertinent to polycystic ovaries, including causation, symptoms, diagnostic, and treatment aspects, as well as its association with Cardiovascular and arterial hypertension illnesses. Keywords: Hypothyroidism, PCOS, Menstrual cycle, Hyperandrogenism, Ovulation

Abstract

Lupus erythematous is an autoimmune illness that mostly affects women and has no recognized cause. The classical period, the neoclassical period and the modern period are the three periods in the history of lupus erythematous. Important discoveries have occurred at each period allowing for a better understanding of a conditions.Pericarditis, valvular lesions and myocardial dysfunction, particularly mild pericarditis. As a result, echocardiography should be done on SLE patients on a regular basis. Vascular blockage, including coronary arteries can occur as a result of SLE related vasculitis early atherosclerosis or antiphospholipid antibodies. The immune system of the body becomes overactive and targets normal, healthy tissue. Inflammation, swelling and damage to the skin, joints, skin, kidney, blood, heart, and lungs are among the symptoms and medicinal treatment commonly used with the help of ayurvedic treatment, allopathic treatment and homeopathic treatment.   Keywords: Diagnosis, SLE, Cardiac, Blood, Skin, Joints, Rash, Protein andimmune

Abstract

The Withania somnifera L. is also used as a crude medicament that mostly effected in various neurological and immunological disorders. It is also known as Ashwagandha and “Indian ginseng” in Indian region. There is a lack of information on the possible neuroprotective properties of W. somnifera root against HO- and Ab(1-42)-induced cytotoxicity, which are now targeted for innovative treatments for dementia, particularly dementia of the Alzheimer's type (AD). According to this research, we prepared an aqueous extract of dried roots of W. somnifera that possess the protective effect against Ab- aggregated fibril and HO cytotoxicity through MTT assay with the help of differentiated rat pheochromocytoma PC12 cell. The findings indicate that, in a concentration-dependent manner, pretreatment of differentiated PC12 cells with aqueous extracts of W. somnifera root strongly protects differentiated PC12 cells against both H2O2- and Ab(1-42)-induced cytotoxicity. The W. somnifera extract was examined using liquid chromatography-serial mass spectrometry in order to look into the substances that could be responsible for the effects that were seen. Withanolide derivatives, notably withaferin A, were found in abundance. These findings support the hypothesis that W. somnifera may be used ethnopharmacologically to treat oxidative stress-related cognitive and other neurodegenerative illnesses. They also show the neuroprotective activities of an aqueous extract of W. somnifera root. Keywords: Withania somnifera, Pheochromocytoma, Withanolide, Neurodegenerative

Abstract

Motor neuron disorder is a neurodegenerative disorder that causes weakness, respiratory muscle and also bulbar and respiratory failure cause death. Generally motor neuron disorder is sporadic but in some cases roughly 10 is got inherited. According to current studies the new motor neuron disorder genes are found. Pathologically motor neuron disorder & clinically miscellaneous, neuroprotective and remedial targets have been delicate to identified. According to these studies, in motor neuron disorder the evolution growth are similar as bettered understanding of the colorful clinical phenotypes, the boundlessness together the frntotemporal madness, part of genetics, development of standard of care and the global clinical trialspipelines. The vestige of riluzole medicine only disorder modification drug which utilized for the disorder treatment. These drugs have power to improve the cycle of living. In the operation of motor neuron disorder the intensive treatment are important which can be multifunctional. And noninvasive respiratory therapy that involves the delivery of air or a mixture of oxygen combined with other gases by positive pressure into the lungs which can improves the chances of living in MND cases in case of disturbance of exhalation and inhalation. Motor neuron disorder is found further generally in males than females. Motor neuron disease is shown the dropping of neuron in the kidney, spinal cord and mind which show by both up and down motor neuron symptoms & signs they affect arms, bulbar & respiration.   Keywords: Motor neuron illness, ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), PMA (Progressive muscular atrophy), Respiratory muscles failure & PLS (Primary lateral sclerosis)
