Coinfection of mucormycosis and aspergillus in a diabetic patient: A rare entity

Mucormycosis is a life threating infection caused by mucorales occurring in immunocompromised /diabetic
individuals. Aspergillosis caused by aspergillus also causes a fatal disease in these individuals. A very few
cases of coinfection of aspergillosis and mucormycosis are reported in diabetic patients in the literature.
Here, we report this coinfection in a 60-years old female.
