Morphologic variations of roots and root canals in maxillary second molar: C ase reports

The importance of potential variations in root canal system in the field of dentistry cannot be ignored. The
goal of this case report is to present endodontically treated maxillary second molars with an uncommon
morphology of four roots and a single fused root.
