Basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) are two important malignancies belonging to
the non-melanoma group of cancers. SCC usually occurs on photo exposed sites like face and is common
in advancing age individuals. Cumulative sun exposure is an important risk factor. Synchronous SCC of
face is rare presentation. Surgical management becomes a challenge in elderly due to anaesthesia related
complications and other co morbidities. Our patient had no other comorbidity hence we opted for surgical
correction of such giant tumour.
