A 64 year old male patient presented to us with painless gradually progressive diminution of vision, on
routine examination of anterior segment, an incidental finding of conjunctival cyst at lateral canthus of
right eye was noted. No history of trauma or previous ocular surgeries was present. A clinical diagnosis
of simple conjunctival cyst was made. Patient underwent conjunctival cyst excision and histopathological
examination revealed to be sudoriferous cyst. Adult onset spontaneous sudoriferous cyst is rare and till date
only 3 cases has been reported. Hence this case is being reported in view of its rarity.
