Erectile dysfunction (ED) or impotence mainly affects men who are older than 50 years of age, and
is mostly defined as the inability to obtain or maintain a penile erection sufficient enough for sexual
intercourse. ED is a multifaceted condition that may involve any one or more of several different organic
causes. Conversely, it may also be psychogenic in nature. The global Erectile Dysfunction Drugs Market
size was valued USD 1.65 billion in 2016 and is expected to reach a valuation of USD 2.95 billion at a
CAGR of 6.5% by 2023, as per Market Research Future (MRFR).
