Aim: The aim of this study was to evaluate colour stability of three different composite resins.
Materials and Methods: Thirty disc-shaped specimens of three different light?cured resin composites Filtek 3M ESPE, Beautifill Injectable (Shofu) and Beautifill 2 (Shofu) were prepared. For evaluation of colour stability, samples were evaluated for baseline color value using a spectrophotometer. Later, color measurements were taken after 1 week immersion in Green Tea by spectrophotometer and color change values were calculated. Statistical analyses were executed by one-way ANOVA and Scheffe’s post hoc procedure.
Results: All materials showed significant color change after 1 week (P < 0> Conclusion: All the materials tested for evaluating colour stability showed apparent colour changes after 1 week.
