Recent challenges in Covid 19 vaccines and its future advancements

The current pandemic spreaded worldwide, COVID 19 is a major disease of concern as it is caused around 4 million death as per records of World Health Organization (WHO). The mode of transmission was so rapid that within 12 months 300 million people were effected with it. COVID 19 is a viral infection of SARS CoV 2 virus and developing vaccine for this virus was the main approach to protect the lives of people. Cy the starting of 2021 around 165 vaccines were under pre-clinical development and 101 vaccines were under clinical drug trials. By the end of 2021 World Health Organization (WHO) approved 18 vaccines as safe and effective and also for emergency use. The control of such infection can only be done by effective immunization programs. In this research findings an approach has been made to highlight the main areas of vaccine and list of approved vaccines. The SARS CoV 2 virus is continuously producing strain and the vaccines invented are not that much effective on these strains. The advancements possible in the identifying new COVID 19 vaccines is discussed here. The only way to free the world from this pandemic ids development and usage of effective COVID 19 vaccines to the people all over worldwide.
