In this part, the basic definitions of fractional derivative and fractional integral were explained by us. Later, some of their applications were mentioned with these operators on discrete time. Especially, I recalled the modified discrete fractional operators with Mittag-Leffler kernel which was recently introduced. I presented the solutions of some linear discrete fractional order differential equations. Finally, some examples was given to confirm the importance from modelling point of view of the modified discrete fractional operators possessing Mittag-Leffler kernel.
